Welcome to UF/IFAS Extension Event Budget On-line Tool

The UF/IFAS Extension Budget Website (eventbudget.ifas.ufl.edu) was designed to assist UF/IFAS State and County faculty to develop realistic cost estimates and budgets for offering Extension programs. The website (1) determines before an event an estimate of a financially sound registration cost to attend an extension event, (2) prepares realistic cost-estimates for grant proposals, (3) allows the user to decide to proceed with organization, re-advertise or postpone an extension event based on pre-registration numbers, (4) provides a financial balance of the event once all funds are collected, the event has been offered, and all bills are paid, (5) provides access existing budgets of past events, (6) allows updating of existing budgets, and (7) develops financial reports of past extension events at the faculty, county, district, major program, and state levels.
